Wow!! sometimes the acts of people are unspeakable. To hurt a defenseless animal in this way is outrageous. As the owner of two dogs, and the previous owner of a cat (who I had to have put to sleep and cried for a week over and still miss him today) I can't imagine people doing this kind of thing. I, too, hope they are severely punished.
