Police Called To Home Of NBA Ref Donaghy

After betting on games he officiated, and possibly involving other officials or players and the mob...I can imagine that there are quite a few people who would like to keep him quiet

well, I can't say I am surprised that this man is now worried about his safety and the safety of his family.

I have to believe at this point his new best friends are the FBI investigators that are looking into his discretions.

The fallout from this has just begun...

this is going to be one of the biggest sports stories of our times. I think it may even rival the Black Sox scandal. Certainly makes Pete Rose's behavior seem juvenile.
