Tobacco may be put under FDA control

I wonder how this will really help get people to quit smoking, but it's an interesting approach.

Besides that, I wonder where the opposition comes from.

An industry that kills approximately 400k people a year really should be regulated a little bit more than saying they can't advertise to minors...wouldn't you think???

Please don't take this as support for the FDA...
