First alarm about bridge over I-35W raised in 1990

As I mentioned yesterday, bridges don't usually collapse without some sign or warning.

A horrible and needless decision.

Buried in the article is that there are 70,000 bridges across the country that are in equally bad, or worse shape than the I-35W bridge.

$188B and a generation to fix the article says.money
