Man loses top of his head in brain operation

SO..he loses the top of his head...replaced by plastic...has constant headaches.

He gets about $4100 in damages because he sued about the plastic replacement.

The court found that the plastic replacement was better than the original and it wasn't causing his headaches...the surgery did!

LOL

Now in america...not only would that have been a $40mm Lawsuit, but I bet the doctors probably could have sued the insurance company because of the mental trauma they had going through a trial!

Wow!! Do you think the German legislature, or whatever they are called has enacted medical malpractice liability reform? Poor guy, he has to go through life with plastic in his head. I guess that's an improvement from the metal plate days.
