$252MM stolen from a bank in Iraq!

You have to be kidding me?
This is a gross misconduct and someone needs to be sent to the box for this one!!!
Why was there $252MM in US dollars in a bank in Iraq?
More done today to raise funds for insurgents since the first days of the war...
