Culpepper signs with Raiders while No. 1 pick Russell remains unsigned

an interesting move by the Raider's front office.

I think it says more about the contract negotiations with JaMarcus Russell than it says about anything else.

Culpepper can be a huge help to this team, even though it already has two other potential starters to carry the torch until Russell finally gets signed.
