Images, noises offer hope at Utah mine

this has been going on for 10 days now...hopefully something will happen soon to change the status quo.

The poor miners and the poor families...

Can you imagine what it is like for every other miner in the country that has to go underground every morning.

Very brave people...I don't have the courage to do that, and they do it every day!

Having been raised in coal mining country, although most of my family worked in the steel mills, I can tell you that miners are a special breed. Jock Yablonski was from the Western Pa region that I call home, and although he didn't live to see it, he really was responsible for a lot of reforms. I can't imagine doing what the miners do every single day.

What makes people act the way they do?

With all the recalls associated with Chinese products, do you look at the label now to see where a product is made?

NEW POLL: What percentage of baseball players were taking steriods, HGH or other enhancing drugs (like amphetamines) before the rules changes instituted by MLB?

Which would you prefer?

You're at the Final table of the WSOP. You get dealt 2 Aces. What do you do?
