US border fences 'an eco-danger'

so says the Mexican government...

There can be no meaningful conversation about immigration if there is no control of the borders.

I'm sorry but in this case I feel the environment just has to suffer a little.

If Mexico is so concerned about the impacts, why not patrol it's border and do something (anything actually) to curb border jumping.
