Green eggs and ham!

A child molester is suing the department of corrections for $10MM because he doesn't like his diet!

I think that if it were up to me...child molesters would not need to worry about a diet...

But either way, it's nice to see a judge that has some common sense...

Pete, when I practiced law, one of my jobs was to represent the County jail in the County I practiced in. One of the inmate suits was over a counselor at the jail supposedly making eyes at an inmates girlfriend, and the inmate said his damages were "this action tugged at the strings of my heart." It took me a while to come up with an answer for that. The judge of course dismissed the case, but he wasn't nearly as creative as this judge.
