Student arrested, Tasered at Kerry event

Not that I mind anyone picking on Kerry...but this looks like a setup to me.

This kid instigated the whole thing and never shut up...he deserves what he got...

that being said, one of the guards was smiling as he tasered him...that's probably not a standard operating procedure when subduing a person.
