Officials: Bush to announce troop cut

it's about time!!!

One thing that REALLY scares me though is the comment that Bush was "rehearsing and polishing" his speach...I had always just assumed that he winged all his speeches because of his endless stupid comments...Nope!!! Not So!!!! He actually planned to say all those stupid things he's said in the past!!!

Ouch!!! I don't think Bush is stupid. It's only when he speaks off the cuff, that he gets caught saying something that he shouldn't.
