Health care premiums rise 6.1 percent

Yippie!!!!

Only 6.1%!!! What a windfall I am going to have this year...

with the money I will be able to save after my health insurance, gas, home utilities and real estate taxes...I'll be able to go to the movies BY MYSELF!
