Prosecutors file charges against O.J.

Seven felonies including kidnapping...

I have a question for you lawyers out there....one of the alleged victims of the affair suffered a heart attack after an interview of the "Event"...

If this guy dies and one of the prosecutors can tie the heart attack to the break-in can these guys get charged with murder.

Pete, those are a lot of if's, but yes, if a prosecutor could prove beyond a reasonable doubt that the victim would not have had a fatal heart attack, but for Simpson's actions, then he could be charged with murder. won't happen though.
