Woman allegedly shoots cheating husband

why is this woman out on bail???

I understand that he's a ass...but come on!?!?!?!?!?!

She not only shot him, but reloaded the shotgun and shot him again.

One may be rage...but the other is premeditated!!!

If this were a man that shot the woman he would be in jail getting sold for a pack of smokes by his cell mate...

where is the parity in punishment these days???
